Customer Services Agent

The Role:
Due to Company expansion, Lightnet are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Services Agent to join the existing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Customer Services function and ensuring all customers receive a high level of support.
This is a 12-month contract.
Location:
The position is a remote working position, and the candidate will be based full-time from home.
Responsibilities:

⦁ Dealing with all customer-related queries
⦁ Processing and dealing with incoming support calls
⦁ Log emails and calls on CRM system
⦁ Update support tickets with engineer updates
⦁ Re-directing customer queries to the correct department (sales, accounts etc.)
⦁ Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to quickly switch between tasks
⦁ Work and focus in a busy and growing environment
⦁ Ability to quickly adapt to different types of customer scenarios

Requirements

⦁ Minimum 12 months customer service/contact centre experience
⦁ Working experience dealing with the customers
⦁ Excellent computer and learning skills
⦁ Fluently spoken and written English
⦁ Good communication skills and ability to work on one’s own initiative.
