Lighnet's Tech Support is...Brilliant. I called today because my connection was slow. I got to speak to someone in tech support almost straightaway. He quickly figured what the problem was (which was nothing to do with Lightnet) and took the time to help me resolve it so that it didn't slow down my connection. This is sooooo different from the other tech support lines I've contacted. It is not the first time I've spoken with the Lightnet tech support team over the years we have been customers; and in every case the service was brilliant. It's a real differentiation. I wanted to say "thank you" to Lighnet tech support for being so brilliant (and the chap who helped me, whose name I missed).
